A Palestinian Arab attempted to stab an Israeli Jew Sunday afternoon at Einun junction, north of Kiryat Arba and Hevron.
The IDF confirmed in the minutes after the attack (update: 1:55 pm local time) that the stabbing unfolded during a clash between Palestinian Arab rioters and security forces at the junction, outside the Palestinian Arab village of Beit Einun along Route 60.
After the terrorist attempted to stab a soldier, Border Police eliminated him at the scene; no soldiers were injured in the attack.
Security forces are currently conducting an investigation at the scene.
