The show begins with the Memorial Day siren and an understanding as to why the powers that be attached Memorial Day for fallen soldiers and terror victims to Independence Day, rather than separating the two – as is done in other countries.
The second half of the show brings us into Independence Day where the national and religious aspects of the day are discussed as well as different attitudes towards the State of Israel.
