Military prosecutors indicted four terrorists on Tuesday for the 23 March 2011 bus bombing in Jerusalem.
Members of the cell recruited the terrorist who executed the attack, by leaving the explosive device in a bus station after noticing a gathering on the premises, walking away and detonating the device.
The IDF spokesperson’s office declined to comment further on the case.
