Temperatures will remain pleasant over the weekend, forecasters predict Friday, after two weeks of rainstorms over Shabbat.
Skies will be clear throughout most of the country Friday, especially throughout the coastal regions, with very few clouds in the sky.
Highs Friday will reach 17°C (62.6°F) in the Golan Heights, 14°C (57.2°F) in the Galilean Hills, 21°C (69.8°F) in the Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) area, 18°C (64.4°F) in Haifa, 20°C (68°F) in Tel Aviv, 16°C (60.8°F) in Ariel, 14°C (57.2°F) in Jerusalem, 14°C (57.2°F) in the Negev hills, 18°C (64.4°F) in Be’er Sheva, and 21°C (69.8°F) in Eilat.
Temperatures are expected to remain the same from Saturday to Tuesday, with a slight chance of drizzle in the north on Saturday afternoon.
On Tuesday, temperatures will drop slightly, likely in preparation for rain at the end of December.
