Entrances to Tzfat, Golan Heights Roads Closed Off

All entrances to Tzfat have been closed off because of heavy snowfall. In the Golan Heights, as well, highways have been closed off to traffic. These include Road 87 between the waterfalls and the Bashan, Road 90 between the fortresses and Metula, Road 91 from Kidmat Tzvi to Ein Zivan, Road 98 from Ramat Magshimim to Majdal Shams, Road 99 from Saar Waterfall to Masadeh, Road 804 from Lotem to Hilazon and Road 989 from Saar to Majdal Shams.

Highway 90 has been closed off in both directions from Kalia Junction to Ein Gedi along the Dead Sea, because of flooding.

Some institutes of learning have also closed down for the day. These include Tzfat Academic College, and the Tzfat Medical School, Psagot School at Yiron, Avital School at Merom Golan and the schools in Sasa.

There is no transportation for students from Malkiah, Manara, Misgav Am, Neveh Ativ, Nimrod, Odem, Elrom, Merom Golan, Ein Zivan, Ortal, Aloney Habashan, Shaal and Kela Alon.
