Following the recent wave of terror, people across the country have come together in protest tonight (Saturday).

Hundreds of demonstrators in Haifa called for the government to take immediate action against Arab leaders who either remain silent or continue to incite against Jews. A number of local Arabs tried to approach the protesters, but police kept the two sides separate. Police also prevented Arabs from confronting Jewish protesters in Ramle.

Three demonstrators were arrested in Afula, including two minors.

Arabs tried to attack Jews with Molotov cocktails and rocks without success near Beitar Illit and in Hevron today. However, a 53-year-old woman was lightly injured when the car she was traveling in was stoned near Efrat Junction. An MDA team treated her once she reached Jerusalem, and found that she had been cut by broken glass.

In addition, Arabs in Kiryat Arba threw stones at a 14-year-old boy. Medics have taken him to a hospital, where doctors say that he is moderately to seriously wounded

The government tonight ordered 13 companies of Border Guards to be mobilized in order to assist in mixed Jewish-Arab cities, including Ramle, Lod, and Nazareth. Police also decided to create a “cyber desk” to fight Arab terror, which will focus on identifying lone terrorists before they act.
